Designed to Make You Swoon

In addition to the meticulous attention to restoring every detail of the historic Clearwater Place, the event space was designed with you in mind. Purposely planned to embody a simple and classic starting point, the venue decor allows each couple or event to bring its own touch to the space, while the groundwork for a simply elegant and stunning event is as simple as adding table linens and candles. Whether your style in bohemian, classic, elegant, romantic, simple or eclectic – Clearwater is the canvas to create your stunning masterpiece.

The iconic double staircase is made from the original decorative iron banisters surrounding the filter room, and the motif is carried throughout the space in the detailed woodwork of the door molding and handcrafted bars. Soft seating and curated brass and wood tables were selected to enhance the charm of the existing architecture, and bring attention to the arching iron beams and red brick accents. Black chivari chairs add an element of design complexity to enhance the vision of each event design – whether simple or elaborate.

Excess lighting, from the dimmable under lighting and chandeliers, the modern bar accent lighting to the soft glow of the café strings allows each event planner to imagine their own ambiance and feel. Call us today to schedule a tour!
